About the Client
- Job Title: Live in Carer
- Location: South West of England
- Rotation: 2-week on / 4-week off
The Role
- Providing practical and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills
- Supporting routines, activities, and community involvement
- Promoting positive communication
- Managing emotional well-being and behavior
- Maintaining records and collaborating with the care team
- Ensuring safe, respectful, and empowering care
- Driving to day placements or activities
About You – The Ideal Candidate
- Kind, compassionate, and respectful
- Person-centred approach
- Reliable and committed to high-quality care
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Previous experience with learning disabilities and autism
- Full UK Driving License

Client's Ideal Carer
The client is looking for a supportive, understanding, and flexible personal assistant who can help him live life to the fullest. The ideal carer would need to have good communication skills, respect boundaries, support his social life and music career as a DJ, be comfortable with late nights, stay over when needed, and show initiative in understanding his preferences and needs without solely relying on the care plan.
